Summary
This project involved designing a custom handle cover for a Mercedes 608D using Autodesk Fusion 360. The part was 3D printed in PETG for improved strength and durability, demonstrating a practical workflow from design to production.
Other project
This project focuses on the design and production of a small, functional component using 3D printing. It highlights the practical application of CAD modeling to create a custom-fit solution for a specific vehicle.

My experience with 3D modeling started with a course in SolidWorks, which provided a strong foundation in CAD design. This background allowed me to easily transition to Autodesk Fusion 360. Fusion 360 was chosen for this project due to its accessibility and free availability, while still offering all the necessary tools for precise and efficient modeling.
For this project, I used PETG on my Creality Ender 3 V3 SE, as it is significantly stronger than PLA and better suited for this application.
